2006: The Phantom of the Opera

Or should we say the Phantom of the Garage? This was our first attempt at anything fancy, and our official year one. Fitting, as Phantom is one of the few musicals either of us will pay money to see, and "music" and "creepy" are big things in our house.

Using half our garage, we created a nice set with some eerie props, a lot of candles and a keyboard magically transformed into a "pipe organ."

A borrowed Phantom mask and a couple of capes later, the man of the house played keys as the lady, who wasn't quite so menacing for the smaller ones, passed out the treats.
